- Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected delivery method. We strive to offer competitive rates for all deliveries.
2. Delivery Times
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Perishable Goods: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days to ensure freshness.
- Non-Perishable Goods (Clothing): Typically delivered within 7-21 days.
- Delivery Time Guarantees: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
3. Delivery Conditions
- Perishable Goods: To maintain the quality and freshness of our perishable goods, it is essential that someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for produce left unattended.
- Non-Perishable Goods (Clothing): If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier service may leave a collection card for you to arrange redelivery or collection.

Refunds Policy
1. Right to Cancel and Return
- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods, you do not have the right to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. However, if the produce is damaged or of poor quality upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
- Non-Perishable Goods (Clothing): Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason.
2. Return Process
- Perishable Goods: If you receive damaged or poor-quality produce, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
- Non-Perishable Goods (Clothing):
- To cancel your order, inform us in writing via email or post within 14 days of receiving your products.
- Return the products in their original condition, with all tags and packaging, within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
- Perishable Goods: Refunds for perishable goods are only provided if the produce is damaged or of poor quality upon delivery, with photographic evidence required. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
- Non-Perishable Goods (Clothing): Once we receive the returned non-perishable goods, we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
4. Exchanges
- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods, exchanges are not available. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
- Non-Perishable Goods (Clothing): If you wish to exchange a clothing item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
