The host of The Modern Warrior Podcast, Gavin Meenan has dedicated the last ten years of his life to helping thousands of men get into the best physical shape of their life and in recent years, the best mental shape too. He achieves this through his mens coaching workshops, podcasts, social media content and his 1:1 life coaching.
It would not be possible to have the insight or experience to help men who are struggling unless you yourself have struggled and made mistakes.

The Dead Hedgehogs podcast is an amalgamation of The 3 Bucksleft comedy act and the once, very popular The Hardybucks TV show.
Hosted by Stephen ‘Cowboy’ Kelly, Christopher Gavigan and Peter O’Toole, The Dead Hedgehogs Podcast is very unique. The lads and I have sat down on a couple of occasions talking all things comedy and controversy. We have crossed paths not just at their podcasting base, but at their comedy gigs too.
