Traditional Recipe Ingredients
2 Long Acre sirloin steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 courgette, sliced
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup snap peas
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2-3 Servings

Method:
- Season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in the cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare). Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well.
- Slice the rested sirloin steaks thinly and serve over the stir-fried vegetables.

Carnivore Recipe
Ingredients
2 Long Acre sirloin steaks
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
2-3 Servings

13-15 min Total
Method:
- Preheat your cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until it’s very hot.
- Season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper (if using).
- Add the butter to the skillet.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness (65°C for medium-rare).
- Rest the steaks for 5 minutes before serving.
